PHILOSOPHY
Family Services of Chemung County, Inc. (FSCC), is a Not-For-Profit agency, dedicated to serving the needs of the mental health community with personal and ethical treatment provided by a responsive and dedicated staff. The FSCC Mental Health Clinic (MHC) operates under a license from the New York State Office of Mental Health.
Mentally III Chemically Addicted (MICA) Intensive Outpatient Services works in conjunction with Intensive Outpatient Services to provide a variety of treatment options, using a multi-disciplinary team approach. The MICA program is designed to address and treat both mental health issues as well as a substance abuse or dependence issues at the same time.
There are three phases to our MICA Program:

MICA Intensive Outpatient Services through the FSCC MHC, offers an individualized, intensive, short-term program, designed to:
REFERRALS AND ADMISSION
Any individual in need of MICA Services may be referred directly to our program at (607) 737-2490 for an intake evaluation. Any referring agency may use the same process. Family Services works in cooperation with established treatment resources in the community to benefit the consumer's individual direct service needs.
Consumers must be at least 18 years of age.
