Family Services of Chemung County, Inc., is licensed by the New York State Department of Health to provide Home Care to persons in need of assistance. As a Licensed Home Care Agency, the New York State Department of Health oversees all Home Care services to ensure compliance with identified standard of care. Family Services of Chemung County, Inc., is dedicated to the provision of comprehensive, quality services for you and your family in your home.

All Home Care Aides are supervised by New York State Registered Professional Nurses (RN’s). The Nurse works closely with you, your family and physician to develop a plan of care, specific to your individual needs. Home Care Aides are screened and evaluated for Quality of Care and for improving the physical, social and mental well being of our clients. Our Services can work directly with Medicare, Medicaid and commercial insurance benefits.
